Governor William Preston Graves

William Preston "Bill" Graves was the 43rd Governor of Kansas from 1995 until 2003 and one of the youngest governors of Kansas history when he took office.

Republican Secretary of State from Salina.

"The governor was reelected to his second term with the largest percentage of votes of any governor in the nation, and the largest percentage of votes in Kansas history.
